Approximate Shipping times:
- Australia Wide (standard): 6+ business days
- Australia Wide (express): 2-4 business days
- International Post (Standard): 6+ business days
- International Post (Express): 2-4 business days
Lost Shipments:
Please contact info@haasch.biz, if your order does not arrive within 14 business days from the date of dispatch. Your Supabrella will have a tracking number and if your shipment is lost we will send a replacement to you within two (2) business days. We will not be responsible for parcels that are left by the courier at your address without a signature. Haasch recommends you do not leave your parcel unattended and advise that a signature be required.
Damaged Shipments:
If your Supabrella was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Before you discard the shipping box take photos of the damaged Supabrella and packaging. Photos are to be sent when reporting any damages within 5 days of delivery receipt. Please send damage reports to customer service at info@haasch.biz .
International Orders:
Haasch does not add taxes or stamp duty to international orders. Please be aware that additional costs may be incurred for international orders to clear customs in your destination country. These may include but are not limited to VAT charges, import taxes and stamp duty.
For gifts purchased online which are to be sent outside of Australia, Haasch recommends writing “gift” in the comment section of your order so your order will be marked as a “gift”. In some countries when an order is marked as a gift, import taxes and stamp duties may be waived.
For orders that are not gifts, please contact the destination country customs office of your Supabrella for further details on duties and taxes you may be liable to pay.
