If your Supabrella is faulty, we will replace your Supabrella at no cost to you within 30 days of purchase. However, you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your faulty Supabrella to us for a replacement.
Please note:
There may be imperfections in your Supabrella because it is handcrafted. This does not mean it is faulty. The Supabrella will not be replaced for imperfections in the handicraft that do not affect its function.
Your tip ends are not permanently fixed to the ribs for a reason. These may occasionally pop off the rib ends. If this happens please just simply reposition them on the ribs.
The longevity of the waterproofing may be up to 2 years, depending on how much it is used in the rain. Your Supabrella will need to be treated with our easy to apply waterproof spray around this time. The waterproof spray can be purchased online.
Taking good care of your bamboo umbrella makes it look great and extends its life. If fabric and parts of your Supabrella are damaged, we recommend you consider a repair instead of a replacement. Haasch can help with this at a cost. Please contact Haasch for a repair quotation.
Please take photos of any Supabrella faults identified and forward them to customer service at info@haasch.biz within 30 days of purchase.
